STUDY & APPLICATION OF MICRO-NEEDLING
We have designed a comprehensive course to teach students everything they need to know about micro needling, also known as Skin Needling and Collagen Induction Therapy. Micro needling is a safe aesthetic treatment that involves the use of a device with small needles to puncture the skin at a certain depth, creating microtrauma. This triggers the wound healing response, where the body produces new collagen and breaks down and removes old one. This process can be particularly helpful in improving the appearance of scar tissue, stretch marks, skin rejuvenation, age spots, cellulite, acne, hair loss, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin appearance.
We use the Harley laser pro pen and cover appropriate products from this range in our course. Upon completion of our professional micro needling course, you will gain knowledge and skills to confidently perform and tailor micro needling treatment to individual clients with a range of skin conditions, including acne, scarring, skin rejuvenation, age spots, stretch marks, pigmentation, hair loss safely and effectively.
1. Prerequisites for —
ENROLMENT
- Prior skin experience is preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology and Level 2 Beauty Therapy
- 6 Months experience in advanced beauty treatment (Micro needling, Micro blading) with A & P Level 3
- 12 Months experience in Advanced beauty therapy treatments (Microblading, Micro needling)
- Dental Nurses, Pharmacists, Midwives, and Medical Professionals are also welcome to enrol.
